YOSHINOYA’S STUDENT’S GIANT SAVER MEALS!

Singapore, 1 February 2006 – The all-time favourite Student’s Deal has been given a revamp! The new Student’s Giant Saver Meals (SGSM) gives our youths better meal combinations with greater savings. The fantastic combination of the regular Beef with Vegetable, Teriyaki Chicken or Salmon Bowl, plus a regular Coke or Sprite, and a SGSM Waffle Fries is only $3.95 per set (U.P. $8.20)!

SGSM is available from Mondays to Fridays from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm at all Yoshinoya outlets except OUB Centre. Other terms and conditions apply.

So, what’s in each of Yoshinoya’s rice bowl?
Beef with Vegetable Bowl (Gyudon)
1.3mm precisely sliced beef are meticulously simmered in a special broth seasoned with a unique blend of savory herbs and spices and large sweet onions all in a customized beef cooker, it is little wonder that this bowl is the best seller since 1899.
Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
Choicest cut of boneless whole chicken leg is grilled to crispy, golden perfection topped with Yoshinoya’s secret recipe Teriyaki sauce and a colorful mix of healthy vegetables comprising of broccoli, carrots, cauliflowers and cabbage.

Salmon Bowl
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, this heart healthy salmon meal is cooked to scrumptious perfection and drizzled with tasty salmon tartar sauce, served on a fluffy bed of steaming Japanese grain rice accompanied with nutritious greens.

About Yoshinoya

Details! (Teams pls do take note of updated changes!!)


1. Date: 17th March 2007 (Sat)
2. Time: 1100- 2100 ( Pls report on time so you will not lose out on the timing!)
3. Place to gather: NUS Central Forum (near NUS Central Library)
4. Dress code: WHITE-based shirt (it is with regrets that there will be no Food Hunt shirt as stated earlier in the Registration Forms) with any bottom (Pls do not wear skirts as it will be inconvenient). Running /sports shoes are strongly encouraged.

Things to bring:
· poncho / umbrella
· pen
· paper
· 1 camera per team
· 1 bus guide per team (recommended)
· water bottles
· Ez-link card with value of about $10 inside
· Money (for emergency purposes. The food involved in this Food Hunt is sponsored and free!)


Note: In case of injury, the decision on whether or not to continue the game lies with the team. There will be no refund should the team decide to fall out halfway through the competition.

hey ppl, i bet a lot of you are curious about the number of vacancies still left for food hunt 2007!!! haha, as of today, we are left with only half the vacancies offered which is 15! haha, do rmb that registration is on a 1st come 1st serve basis oh! registration forms plus registration fees must submit together~ ;)
